Matt McGowen is an Australian singer-songwriter based in Sydney, known for his soulful melodies and innovative acoustic style.

With a passion for music that transcends genres, he captivates audiences at venues and festivals with his heartfelt performances.

Matt took up the guitar at ten years old, spending hours listening to his parents' old LP records. After forming bands in high school and later 'The Melancholy Angels', he dedicated himself to creating music of the highest standard.

His album "Did I Forget to Mention...." was produced by Steve James and mastered by Ted Jensen at Sterling Sound NYC, featuring standout tracks like "My Tomorrow", "Japan", and "Revelation".
